subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state
and federal courts in the State of New York, U.S.A.,
and the parties agree to submit to the personal and
exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

at any time without prior notice. By submitting any
content, including without limitation, homepages,
classified postings, or any discussion forum
statements including you signify your agreement to
